Holy Ghost! launches the official video for their well-received cover of Ministry’s “I Wanted to Tell Her.” For the video, director Ben Fries delivers us an homage to the ‘80s BMX flick,RAD, complete with hair spray, denim vests, and sequins. The track features supporting vocals from Juan MacLean and Nancy Whang (of LCD Soundsystem) so, naturally, the two are characters in the video too. Last month, Holy Ghost! released their impressive cover of Ministry’s “I Wanted to Tell Her.” This month, Green Label Sound is proud to announce the release of the official video to the track. Featuring fellow DFA artists Nancy Whang of LCD Soundsystem and Juan Maclean, the video gives a nod to the 1980’s BMX film RAD. You can watch the video right now on mtv’s the Hive.

Originally written and preformed in 1983 by industrial metal band Ministry (during their early synthpop days), “I Wanted To Tell Her” is a high energy dance cover featuring none other than Nancy Whang (of LCD Soundsystem) and Juan Maclean (of The Juan Maclean).
